Cast away any ideas you might have about a musty, dusty garage, and get ready to be and challenged in a bright, vibrant, and supportive studio that just happens to be in a garage. T’s Garage Fitness was started in 2017 by Tonya Robson, who has been a group fitness instructor since 2013.
Arrive about 5-10 minutes before your class starts. Park on the street, and then enter the garage through the door on the right side of the garage. In the summer, the garage door is usually open, but if it’s too rainy and during cold weather, the garage door will be down. No need to knock, just come on in!
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and bring a water bottle. Towels are provided, as is all the equipment you’ll need for a great workout.
